How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders generally take 1 - 3 business days to be processed & shipped. Standard shipping is 3 - 7 days, though we offer both 2-day and overnight shipping for an additional cost. Please note that shipping carriers may still be experiencing COVID-related delays. Please note that in the summer months we only ship on Monday and Tuesday to try to reduce the chance of the candles melting on shipping trucks.
What do I do if I receive a broken candle?
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team via our contact form on the website. Include your name and order number, as well as a description of the damage. Please be sure to take a photo of the broken candle as we will need that in order to process your exchange.
Can I send my order as a gift?
